The two most powerful words, and what we put after those words are what shape our reality.
Just think about the amount of times you say "I am" throughout the day. It's A LOT.
I am tired. I am hungry. I am hurt. I am excited. I am happy. I am okay.
We say these two words without even thinking about it, so we probably sabotage ourselves in the same way.
The "I Am" dilemma can be tough, but with conscious effort and thought, we can change the way we think about ourselves and our world.
I have been turning over the idea in my head for weeks with how many times I say "I Am...." and putting a negative verb or action behind it.
Don't get me wrong, you must state your truth, your current reality, but we can't stay in that mindset forever.
So with that said, let's get started!
What exactly can we do to start the shift?
To start the revolution of our inner dialogue?
To start letting our Self shine through?
We start the moment we wake up.
Stay away from your phone, forget about the texts and emails, and start your day putting yourself first.
Now, try this:
I am alive.
I am grateful.
I am loved.
I am loving.
I am powerful.
I am compassionate.
Even when it's been a week from hell and your reality is far from encouraging, do yourself a favor and tell yourself something kind.
It begins and ends in the mind. What you tell yourself and others shapes your Universe. Don't you want to interact with yourself in a powerful, loving way and make your bad days better?
In a world where chaos and ugly are abound, be the difference. Be the change.
Be the "I Am" leader that we need.
I Am Me.
You are You.
Together we can shift our thought patterns and radiate our empowering energy out into the world.
