We are all aware of our thought processes. We are aware to some extent of how we think of the situations in the world around us, and the inner dialogue we have going with ourselves.
Most times I'm aware of the thought I'm thinking, whether it's elevating me or dragging me lower, I'm aware, but energetically I'm blocked from the repercussions. Sound familiar?
What are you manifesting? What energy is going out to the Universe? What are you drawing to, or away, from you?
Every thought has an energetic footprint. Your thoughts manifest a vibration which manifests desires (sometimes is the complete opposite of what you want). If you're vibrating at a low frequency, you'll attract at a low frequency and vice versa.
REAL TALK: sometimes it's hard as hell to be positive. You think everything is working against you, the weight is piling up, and the shore is almost out of sight. I get it... I TOTALLY get it. The fear just keeps creeping into your life- mental and energetic wise. It's a cycle, it's a brutal one at that, but one we can break.
I joined Gabby Bernstein's Miracle Membership last month, and it was a blessing. I needed a serious change and way of thinking... this was it, y'all.
I was so negative about my job, and well, life in general. My yoga practice suffered, meditation was non-exsistant, same with my Sadhana practice- I was putting myself down and not allowing any growth.
It was in a lecture of Gabby's where my brain finally went "YES!!!". She stated that no matter what you are thinking you are constantly manifesting. If you are thinking thoughts of negativity and fear, you will only create space for chaos, leaving zero room for happiness, joy, and abundance. Shout out to Gabby, this woman is GOALS.
Here I was thinking Manifestation meant only good things... nope it's everything and more.
Your thoughts direct your energy, so what are you directing to?
Take some inventory:
I've started flipping the script and I can honestly say I've noticed some major shifts. And, it feels good. Yeah, it's tough sometimes because we all get caught up in the drama, but it's helped me slow down and think it out.
I can change what was manifesting out of fear, into something manifesting out of love. I want my energy to exude love, happiness, and abundance, it's almost impossible for this with a cluttered, muddled mind.
Flipping the Script 101:
Your vibration (energy) will attract what it's putting out. Don't you want it to be things of happiness?
Hopefully that answer is YES.
This isn't to say there will never be days of sadness, annoyance, frustration, any negative emotion you can feel put here, but when we identify that emotion we can process it, move through it, and choose a different route. A route that uplifts and inspires.
Start slow and simple. Don't try to pile too many things on your self-study shelf too soon, be patient and open. It's really amazing what happens when you slow down and receive, are aware of the emotions filtering through, then working through, and releasing them.
Know everything is happening in Divine time.
