As a society, we are constantly sitting, or moving so fast we can't catch our breath, and life can seem so hectic that carving out me time is seemingly impossible.
I struggle to work 8 hours a day, work on myself, learn new yoga knowledge, teach and have time for a personal practice. It's overwhelming at times and it sucks.
Our health- physical, emotional, and mental- takes the toll.
As a yoga teacher I have a passion to help others transform and inspire themselves. I believe the surefire way is through a complete practice of yoga.
The movement cleanses, calms and purifies; the breath gives life, energy to the subtle body; and the stillness settles the mind to allowing healing to begin.
It's my hope that you'll be able to practice, minimum 5 minutes daily, a simple and sweet yoga practice.

You can practice these at work, in the morning, at night, or anywhere in between!

Welcome to your Energize Flow!
Below is a step-by-step tutorial for each pose.
Hold each pose for 1 minute or 10 rounds for dynamic poses.
You can practice these poses once or make it into a flow, going through a couple of rounds to move more dynamically. The sequence takes about 5 minutes but you can always shorten or elongate, the choice is yours!
Be patient and take the time, get to know your body and let your breath guide the movements. I recommend doing this sequence, or something similar, for 7 days straight and record how you are feeling.
